As a general rule, LetsShop.com does not offer refunds, however, we are able to offer an exchange on faulty items which are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of invoice date.
A refund will only be granted if a replacement is unavailable. We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purposes.
All exchanges and returns must be completed within 14 days of invoice date.
Please note that we reserve the right to ignore refund and exchange requests for items that have been returned to us after the 14-day period has expired.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
Please note we CANNOT exchange or issue credits on Sale items.

Once you have received confirmation from us we can exchange your item (if in stock).
Please return your item to:
via Australia Post at your own expense. LetsShop.com will then pay for the postage to send you the replacement item.
Returned items MUST BE sent back in brand new condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
If the items have been worn or damaged then LetsShop.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
Please allow two weeks from when you return your exchanges for the procedure to be completed.
